Up for an award this week is the new Prince Lionheart Ullumipad, an illuminating changing pad, that will make you say "Why didn't we think of that?!". It's not available yet, so we don't have too much info, but hopefully we'll get some more information at the JPMA show tomorrow.
What we do know about the Ullipad is that it includes an LED light, that illuminates the “business end” of Baby without disruption during pre-nap or nighttime diaper changes. The light has an auto-shutoff timer so you can tap on, tap off or tap and forget it, using the ambient glow as a nightlight while you gently lay Baby down to sleep.
The cushiony changing pad comes with a plush cover with a waterproof light shield that protects the light from wayward wetness. Cover is machine washable and dryer friendly. IllumiPAD® fits all changing tables, combo dressers and all babies and toddlers up to 30lbs.
Like all Prince Lionheart nursery essentials, the IllumiPAD® is designed with safety in mind so you can keep one hand on your baby: straps and contoured sides for Baby and a grippy bottom to prevent changing pad from slipping.
